I had enough of landscapers promises and inability to preform so in January of 2008 I incorporated On Time Landscaping. I never stop thinking about how I can provide landscaping services I want at my own property, how I communicate with my customers and what we can do to offset dreaded increasing costs.

Invoices
Many times we include photos with notes on them when we send invoices to customers.
This can be especially helpful for customers who are not on site to be able to see the work we did (landlord, managers, traveling) and for future reference.

Leaks
Leaks can be expensive and are bound to happen. The cost of water and possible fines can add up. If you see a leak, report it to us so we can respond accordingly. Photos, a description, location, and contact information can help us respond more quickly than if not reported and hopefully bring the correct parts on the first trip.
