 Per Nevada law, a contractors license is needed to install irrigation, plants and rock and if a job is over $1,000.  Not all landscapers are properly licensed.  

 We have been installing landscapes since 2008. From bare bones HOA compliance landscapes to more elaborate; we customize our designs to our customers wants and their budgets.

 Our staff loves moving the rock, installing plants and irrigation. They enjoy working outdoors and how we treat them. 

In turn they take care of our customers. 

Many HOAs require that landscaping be installed within a specific time frame.

A Clemson University study found that homeowners get a 100 percent or more return on the money they put into landscaping. Nardozzi advises homeowners with bare lots to start landscaping immediately because it takes 5 to 7 years for plants to mature.  HGTV.com

There are a lot of choices.  Many times our staff can help.  We think the process goes easier for all involved if the property owner has even a general idea of what they want.  Items like what color rock, what the goals are for the yard.  Explosion of color, wide open areas, shade, screening from neighbors.  Everyone has different likes and dislikes.  By having an idea of what you want installed should make meetings with landscapers go easier.

• The smaller the plant the less it typically costs.   
• The number of plants that get installed affect the price.   
• The thinner the layer of rock the less it typically costs.   

 We want to present proposals that work within your budget and why we ask that you share your budget with us at the beginning of the process.  There is little point in us presenting you a $25,000 proposal if you have a $5,000 budget or vice versa.
